Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Church

The churchyard has a single headstone.

Comments: The headstone is pink granite set in cement.  It lays flat
and contains the inscription at it's base "Beloved Husband and Father"
and also contains a picture of two baseball bats crossed in a V-shape
with a baseball between the two bats.  The stone is located about 100
feet in a Southwest direction from the front entrance of the church.
