Silver Cliff Cemetery, Silver Cliff, CO

Found Online
There are several places on the web about mysterious lights in various colors over this cemetery. From what I've read, they are best seen when it is overcast with no moon. National Geographic did a piece on it in Aug 1969.

Our Investigation
Date: 07/02/2005.
Time: 7:30pm to 11pm
We'd mapped out a cemetery photography trip, and since we were going to be close by, we figured we’d stop by again to see if we had any better luck since last time. We took a number of photos while the sun was still up, but we were more interested in what would happen after the sun went down. We were waiting outside our vehicle when at about 9pm, 10 vehicles showed up. I think it was a family reunion that got bored and wanted something to do. Noisy as can be (as about half of them were children), they entered the cemetery, armed with flashlights. After about an hour, they all piled back up and left. We waited and watched carefully for about another 45 minutes. Looking south east from the gate, there was a small white orb about 3 inches in diameter, that appeared for a second or two, then disappeared in a bright flash. After that, the same thing happened about 4 times in the same area. Then looking north west, we saw an orb about the same size as the others, but this one was bluish. It also disappeared in a flash after a second or two. There was one more white one back over there the original ones were. A few minutes later, there was a white orb just right of the tree in the center of the cemetery. It was at least 12 inches in diameter. It stuck around for about 4 seconds, then disappeared in a very bright flash. The flash was about 4 to 5 times brighter then a camera flash. After about 10 minutes or so, we didn’t see anything else. Being content with what we had seen, we left heading back home.
